This week pupils in Year 7 – 10 took part in a school mock election. In preparation for this, all form groups evaluated and analysed the key policies of the political parties standing in the Erdington constituency. There was lots of debate among pupils about the different policies put forward and some very close scrutiny of each Party. It was great to see so many pupils engaging in the issues in the news and we hope that many continue to do so. The results of our mock election were:

• Liberal Democrats 4.6%
• Brexit Party 8.31%
• Conservative Party 8.31%
• Green Party 11.87%
• Labour Party 66.91%
