A huge congratulations to the Year 9 Envision Team who won the city-wide competition. Since September, the team have been working with Envision to promote and raise awareness of the Street Doctors charity. This is an organisation that aims to provide people with a greater awareness of the dangers of knife crime and how to deliver first aid to knife crime victims. Our Year 9 team have visited three different businesses to raise the profile of their charity with their project culminating in a final pitching session at Aston University. There were over 100 people in attendance and the team delivered their presentation to perfection. They won £100 for the Street Doctors charity and each team member won a community apprenticeship certificate. All of the Year 9 form tutors are incredibly proud of the group for their tremendous effort on the Envision project.
