Salary Range: Grade 4 (£33,366- £40,476) pro rata

Required as soon as possible

Working Pattern: 36.5hrs per week, term time only

 

The St John Paul II Multi Academy is a highly successful Catholic Multi Academy encompassing seven primary schools and two secondary schools. Our schools are based in Sutton Coldfield, Erdington and Aston.

The ethos of St John Paul II Multi Academy is Catholic and was founded by the Catholic Church to provide education for children of Catholic families.

 

As a Catholic multi academy, we aim to provide a Catholic education for all our pupils. As a Catholic multi academy, Catholic doctrine and practice permeate every aspect of every one of our school’s activities. St Edmund Campion Catholic School is looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to start as soon as possible. This role will provide a specialist service within the wider student support team and will focus on those pupils who require additional support in accessing the school curriculum. This will involve managing our school Inclusion Centre and supporting pupils there. The successful candidate will take the lead in ensuring pastoral interventions for students are implemented and appropriate systems are used to track, monitor and evaluate student progress, especially for vulnerable students.

 

We are looking to appoint a welcoming, professional and experienced person to fulfil this important role. Experience working in a school environment is desirable. Governors wish to appoint someone who:

 

  • has a positive outlook and a good work ethic
  • will contribute to the school ethos, values and mission statement
  • will communicate effectively and calmly with parents, pupils, visitors and staff
  • remains calm and positive under pressure
  • can work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
  • has excellent organisational skills
  • is able to work with and motivate pupils who struggle to access school curriculum helping them to overcome any barriers.
