GCSE Results 2019

22 August 2019

Students and staff from our school are extremely pleased with this year’s GCSE results. Students achieving a grade 4+ in both English and Mathematics has risen over 11% compared to last year’s results.

This is extremely pleasing particularly against a backdrop of a much more rigorous examination system.

Notable successes include:

  • Chi-Khiem Hoang who passed 10 GCSEs, two at Grade 9 and five at Grade 8.
  • Eden Gilby also achieved 10 GCSEs with four at Grade 9 and six at grade 8.
  • Lukasz Mikolajcza achieved four grade 9’s and 4 grade 8’s.

We are proud of the students’ results in our GCSE subjects and vocational qualifications combined.

Mrs Philomena Steele, Headteacher, would like to congratulate the students for their hard work and commitment and also staff and parents who have supported the students with such dedication at a time when examination requirements are so demanding.
