Welcome to St Edmund Campion Catholic School and thank you for showing interest in becoming part of our diverse and highly skilled Campion Team. We are looking for ambitious staff who lead by example, supporting colleagues to develop their own leadership skills and nurturing pupils to become leaders themselves.
We are a forward thinking, creative and caring school which is oversubscribed and highly popular amongst parents, pupils and the local community.

To this effect our strong investment in staff development and well-being is a major priority. Building a strong staff who show the desire to aim high in their own careers is important as teachers are our greatest resource. We believe that it is the very best teachers who will equip our pupils with the skill set, drive and resilience to achieve their full potential and go on to actively and positively contribute to the society around us. We also understand the challenges of working and balancing home life and several members of staff benefit from flexible working hours to meet their needs; something that can be discussed on an individual basis should you wish to.
We also believe in strong collaboration with other schools and we are active members of the BEP and Titan Partnerships as well as the North Area Network and the Erdington and Sutton Consortiums.
