Monday 8^th to Friday 12^th February is National Apprenticeship Week 2021 and just because the country is in lockdown does not mean that there isn’t loads going on!

Throughout the week, there are a huge number of online events taking place, almost all of which are free to attend. Events include online conferences, information sessions, open day/evening events by apprenticeship providers and ‘meet the apprentice’ events.

All students in Years 12 and 13 have been given a full list of events taking place and have been encouraged to sign up for all those that are relevant to their future goals.

On Wednesday 10^th February, we have been lucky enough to arrange for the Amazing Apprenticeships team (www.amazingapprenticeships.com) to deliver an online assembly and workshop for years 12 and 13. All sixth form students have been sent the log in details for this event.

Apprenticeships are a fantastic alternative to university after sixth form and we would encourage everyone to check out what’s going on in National Apprenticeship Week 2021.
