We hope you spotted us tweeting from Switzerland last week whilst we were on our school ski trip. We were fortunate to be part of the Birmingham Consortium of four schools from across the city who spent time together in Switzerland skiing, participating in evening activities, forging new friendships and living together for a week learning about each other’s schools. After a week of varying weather which included sunshine, white-out conditions, wind and hours of snow (including at least 2 foot dropping whilst we were there), pupils returned having pushed themselves to their limits and made fantastic progress in their ski ability, confidence, self-reliance and resilience. Thank you to all pupils for their excellent behaviour, attitude and motivation to achieve throughout the week. We enjoyed the opportunity to watch you learn so much in a short space of time.
