Year 10 ventured to the University of Oxford for this half term’s Super Learning Day. The year group had an opportunity to explore the University campus, visit the campus church (St. Mary of a Virgin), visit the Museum of Natural History, the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archeology and the Museum of the History of Science. The students had the privilege to see the first computer as well as the blackboard used by Albert Einstein whilst he undertook lectures during his visit to Oxford in 1931. The year group displayed exemplary behaviour as well as enthusiasm to learn why the way of life In the city of Oxford was different to the city of Birmingham...a very different way of life!
