Year 13 Leaversí Mass 2017

On Friday 26th May we celebrated a beautiful Leavers’ Mass with our departing Year 13 students. It was a very special time to reflect upon how much they have grown and what capable, positive young adults they have become.

Deacon McKearney concelebrated the mass with Fr Joe who encouraged students to be prepared to go forward, ready to learn about ourselves, those we love and the world around us and to not forget the roots we have in our Catholic education. Lauren Grady joined Mr Ward in playing guitar for the mass, Daniel Graves played piano and both Year 13 form tutors & members of our Sixth Form community shared the readings. Finally, we sang that Campion favourite ‘We Wanna See Jesus!’ to finish our time together.

We are very proud of the young people you have become and know that you will be successful in your forthcoming exams, opening the way to your new challenges: apprenticeships, university courses and employment.

Keep Campion in your hearts: you will be in ours.
